RIVIT Alliance, LLC (RIVIT), a joint venture between RIVA Solutions, Inc. and ITegrity, Inc., has received two awards from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), expanding its support for USDA.gov, OneUSDA, and the enterprise content management system (CMS) platform behind more than 50 USDA public-facing and internal websites.
Under the Website Development award, RIVIT will support USDA.gov, the Department’s primary public-facing website, and OneUSDA (Intranet.USDA.gov), which serves more than 100,000 employees. Under the Enterprise-Wide Application Platform and Services (eWAPS) Platform Operations and Maintenance award, RIVIT will operate, secure, and modernize USDA’s enterprise Drupal platform, supporting the infrastructure and services that enable the Department’s digital experiences.
The awards build on RIVA’s existing work with USDA, including the 2024 redesign of USDA.gov and modernization of OneUSDA. That work applied human-centered design, analytics, accessibility, and Drupal expertise to improve how the public and USDA employees find and access information, programs, and services.

RIVIT will carry this work forward using RIVA’s AI-powered Integrated Digital Experience (AiDX) framework, bringing design, development, analytics, accessibility, and operations together across USDA’s digital platforms, while natively leveraging agentic AI to gain efficiencies in user feedback data analysis, design system governance, and code development.
These awards follow RIVIT’s recent selection for NASA’s SEWP VI Government-Wide Acquisition Contract, further demonstrating the joint venture’s growing role in delivering secure digital modernization services across the federal government.
