Brian Bonacci has been an active leader in the Federal Government IT industry for over 25 years. He recently joined RIVA as Senior Vice President of Growth and Strategy where he is charged with leading and coordinating growth and strategy initiatives across the company.
Brian has served in key industry associations holding leadership positions such as ACT-IAC as Executive Committee Vice-Chair At Large, ATARC Industry Advisory Board member, Treasurer and Board member of ITPA National Capital Chapter, and Government Business Executive Forum Executive Committee member.
Prior to joining RIVA, Brian served in a variety of leadership roles at firms such as Equinix, Level 3, and SAIC with focus on developing and growing Public Sector business.
Brian started his career with the U.S. General Accounting Office (GAO) as a Computer Scientist and later worked at the U.S. Internal Revenue Service’s Systems Integration Office, developing strategies and architectures for their Tax Systems Modernization Program.
Brian holds a Master of Science degree in Business (Information Technology Management) from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from West Virginia University.
Originally from New Jersey, Brian now calls Oakton, Virginia home where he lives with his wife, two sons, and yorkie Teddy. Outside of work, Brian enjoys traveling, golf, music, attending his sons’ soccer games and spending time with his family and friends over a great meal and bottle of wine.
