About HHS FMP BPA
Health and Human Services (HHS) Financial Management Portfolio (FMP) BPA supporting Program Support Center (PSC). FMP provides on-site business operations support to internal FMP and external customer agency (OS, ACF, OIG, SAMHSA, HRSA, AHRQ, ACL) users of these systems. FMP’s support requires that the contractor has a full understanding of governmental financial management practices and that resources be a mix of staff with breadth of skills to support Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and the depth of skills to advise and assist with functional operation of these systems in accordance with applicable governmental rules and regulations.
