Dilantrya “Dee” Scott, PMP & CSM, has over 25 years of federal leadership experience managing personnel in IT, Administrative Services, and Operational disciplines. She has executive experience in full IT system life-cycle management, including risk management and information security. Dee currently oversees RIVA’s Department of Commerce portfolio where she leads with delivery excellence and is focused on mentoring, empowering, and equipping PMs and Team Leads with the skills needed to exceed customer expectations. Her solid leadership skills and innovative approach to program and project management foster a collaborative environment that contributes to employee and customer satisfaction.
Dee is an Air Force veteran who gives back by mentoring to high school teen girls, and enjoys traveling, working out, and spending time with her family outside of work.
