Eleanor “Ellie” Boyd has 18 years of professional experience spanning both the federal government and private industry. Prior to joining the RIVA Delivery team, she managed digital innovation and acquisition-based software development at GSA while working for Octo, as well as modernization efforts and agile enterprise development at the USPTO while with Salient CRGT. She is deeply passionate about customer satisfaction, User Experience, agile methodologies and helping others’ realize their full professional potential. Ellie holds the PMP, CSM and SA certifications and received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Originally from California, Ellie lives with her husband, daughter, and furry family members in Alexandria, VA. While not working, Ellie can be found knitting, baking, complaining about the lack of decent Jewish Delis in the area, or cultivating spontaneous kitchen dance parties.
