Nathan Campbell has over 13 years of Talent Acquisition experience, including 10+ in Government Contracting IT Solution Services and 3+ in the private sector. Prior to joining RIVA Solutions, Inc., Nathan served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Select Computing, Inc. servicing agencies such as The Small Business Administration, The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and The Department of Veterans Affairs. He is a passionate leader who prides himself on work ethic, networking, forming long-lasting relationships, and always leading by example.
Nathan resides in a suburb just outside of Minneapolis, MN. He was born and raised in St. Paul, MN and graduated from Saint Mary’s University of MN with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Marketing. In his free time, Nathan invests a lot of time into fitness whether it be long distance running, gym time, or exploring all different types of fitness classes. He is an avid golfer, down-hill skier, and embraces all the different forms of weather that Minnesota provides. His 3-year-old British Black Lab, Nipsey, keeps him busy and active as well.
