RIVA was awarded a prime contract to provide Records Management Services for the National Science Foundation, Division of Administrative Services Information Dissemination Branch Records Management Section (RMS) in Alexandria, VA. This contract provides records management support services for 76,000+ proposals and records stored at NSF with a qualified team of professionals that possess expertise in NARA guidelines and federal records management.

RIVA provides processing of records, processing of retrieval requests, scanning, packing boxes, entering data into the Electronic Records Management System (ERMS), training and supporting users of ERMS, verifying applicable records schedules, and maintaining agency records archives. RIVA will be supporting the 42,000 new or renewal support proposals that are received annually for research, graduate and postdoctoral fellowships, and math/science/engineering education projects.
