RIVA will provide a complete range of solution services that contribute to the NOAA mission such as: weather, water, and climate data, forecasts and warnings for the protection of life and property and enhancement of the national economy. RIVA’s objectives of this domain will be supporting existing, updating, and planning meteorological and communications in support of the NWS mission and strategic plan, which is to build a weather-ready nation (WRN). RIVA will obtain high-quality professional and technical services, develop an industrial base of partners, and develop and maintain performance-based contracts.
