Austin brings over a decade of experience in application development, with an emphasis on modern microservices architectures, and deploying cloud-based applications across the public and private sectors through Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure cloud service providers. Most recently, Austin joined RIVA from BillGO, a FinTech startup where he led the deployment of the organization’s first fully serverless solution. Familiar with public sector modernization efforts, Austin is credited with modernizing and containerizing mission critical CI/CD pipelines at the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and deploying an AI-ML powered Virtual Agent help-desk automation solution for Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).
