As Senior Vice President of People and Culture, Bobby oversees human resources, talent acquisition, security, and office administration for the company. He attended and graduated from Marymount University with a degree in communications before embarking upon a successful career in HR. As a 20 year industry HR veteran, Bobby has an extensive background in government contracting. His prior experience includes Chief People and Culture Officer at Definitive Logic, Senior HR Manager at Deloitte, Manager II of HR Operations at BAE Systems, and Director of HR at MAG Aerospace.
Bobby has a track record of developing strategic HR teams to attract, develop, motivate, and retain top tier talent. Under his direction, RIVA is poised to strengthen our employee first management approach including our endless pursuit to improve the employee experience and talent management process.
