Jennifer “Jenny” Bonner, Senior Vice President of Client Delivery is responsible for leading and managing client delivery operations and ensuring RIVA’s delivery team provides innovative and cutting-edge solutions for the Federal government’s toughest challenges. Jenny has over 17 years of experience, specializing in IT modernization and operations, large systems design and development, architecture and framework development, cloud services, data analytics strategy, and business development. Prior to joining RIVA, Jenny served as a Director of Domestic Affairs at MetroStar, Vice President of Client Delivery Services at Solutions by Design II, and Program Manager at Salient CRGT.
Jenny has a passion for building high-performing teams focused on delivering results and exceeding customer expectations. Her background in team building and mentoring has resulted in a notable increase in employee engagement across organizations she’s served throughout her career. Her dedication to people-first management not only drives delivery teams to succeed, it carries through to the federal community–fostering a commitment to integrity, respect, responsiveness, technical innovation, and employee and client satisfaction.
Jenny is an active speaker in the GovCon industry; her dedication and passion have won her recognition and awards such as: AFCEA International 40 Under 40 Award (2021) and G2Xchange Leading for Impact, Women in Leadership Award (2020). Outside of work, Jenny enjoys spending time with her family, playing golf, mentoring, travel, and baking.
