Randy brings 25+ years of corporate finance and management experience with businesses of all sizes spanning both public and private sectors. Prior to joining RIVA, Randy was the Chief Financial Officer of Black Turtle Services. Prior to Black Turtle, Randy was the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis for DXC’s public sector business focusing primarily on DoD and IC government clients. He also served as CFO of a research consulting firm focusing on delivering high-end research and analytical services to the government sector. Throughout his career, Randy has been involved with many organizations utilizing his expertise in corporate finance to drive overall organizational efficiency and cost improvement.
Randy holds an MBA in finance from American University and a Bachelor’s from Bucknell University. He resides with his family in Aldie, VA. When not analyzing numbers, Randy has a strong bent toward high adrenaline activities both on land and water.
